Site Director of AP(Singapore)
Sherrianne Cheah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Child Development from the University of Kansas. Since 1991, she has been working with children who have special needs. She was in charge of setting up curriculum and running the Early Intervention programs at Dover Court Preparatory School and Horizon Centre for Special Education. In addition, she had been involved in the integration process of her students. Before joining Autism Partnership, Sherrianne had her own private practice as a Remedial Therapist, working with both mainstream and children with special needs. She has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2001, under the direct supervision of Dr Ronald Leaf, Dr John McEachin and Mr Toby Mountjoy.
She is presently the Site Director of AP Singapore. She is also currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis (BCBA certification). |

Behaviour Consultant
Wong Mai Shan holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Oregon. After graduating, she was in charge of designing and setting up a preschool program at a local kindergarten. Following that she was a Supervisor at a childcare centre. Since 1989, she has been working with children who have special needs. At Dover Court Preparatory school she worked with a wide range of children with different disabilities and was appointed the Centre Co-ordinator. Her work with children with special needs continued at Horizon Centre for Special Education whereby she was involved in the integration process of her students. She has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2001. She is presently a Behaviour Consultant providing services to families in Singapore, under the direct supervision of Dr Ronald Leaf, Dr John McEachin and Mr Toby Mountjoy. In addition, she serves as the School Supervisor in our primary school program, AP Elementary and provides school consultations. |

Behaviour Consultant
Reshani I Satharasinghe holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) qualifications. She has provided behaviour therapy for children on the autism spectrum since the inception of our Singapore office in 2004, under the direction of Toby Mountjoy. In 2005, she was sent to our office in Seal Beach, California to complete a 15 month internship, under the direct supervision of Drs. Ronald Leaf and John McEachin. Since her return in Jan 2007, she ran the training programme for new staff. She also provided intensive parent training through our Supernanny/Res-Q programme. Subsequently she became a Case Supervisor providing clinical support and case management as of the beginning of 2008. In February 2010, she was sent on a 5 month attachment to Autism Partnership UK, working as Regional Coordinator of services in Leeds/Yorkshire areas, where she was responsible for client services and staff development as well as the Res-Q and Jumpstart programme in addition to case supervision. She returned to Singapore and resumed her role as a case supervisor in August 2010. |

Senior Case Supervisor
Nurhayati M Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with both children and adults in a mental health facility, providing psycho-education and counselling as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Since 2003, she has been working with children with autism, in 1 on 1 settings as well as in school settings, in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis . After completing her supervisory training in our Hong Kong office under the direction of Mr. Toby Mountjoy in 2006, she has conducted staff training, intensive parent education groups as well as public talks. Presently, she is a Senior Case Supervisor providing clinical support and case management to children in Singapore, under the direct supervision of Dr Ronald Leaf, Dr John McEachin and Mr Toby Mountjoy. In addition, she provides school consultation for our clients, as well as counselling services. |

Case Supervisor
Aubrey Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the Curtin University of Technology (Perth, Australia)and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) qualifications. She has provided behaviour therapy for children on the autism spectrum since the inception of our Singapore office in 2004, under the direction of our Director, Toby Mountjoy. From 2006 to 2008, she was the lead teacher of our AP Elementary school program. She has held the post of Staff & Parent Training Supervisor. Currently, she holds the position of Case Supervisor providing clinical support and case management. |

Administrator
Josephine Keng holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas, Austin. She specialized in neo-natal intensive care while working at a hospital in Austin. Upon her return to Singapore, she began her work as a nurse at Gleneagles Hospital focusing on the care of newborns and infants in the neonatal unit. She then changed her career path to administrative work. She worked for 8 years as an Administrator at one of Singapore's most popular pre-schools where she managed 6 childcare centers and 10 associate preschools. She has been an Administrator with Autism Partnership (Singapore) since its inception. |
