Intensive Training
Intensive training is provided for all new staff before they work with children. In the 200-hour training, they learn about the application of Contemporary Behavioral Therapy in the form of didactic and practical hands-on sessions.
Ongoing Monthly Training
All staff are required to attend monthly training to acquire greater skills and knowledge. Training, in form of lectures, case studies, videos, evaluations, and role-play, are both didactic and practical in nature.
Ongoing Weekly Supervision
Our direct line staff receive ongoing supervision to maintain the high standard of quality that AP demands of them.
On Job--Annual Performance Evaluation
Our staff are evaluated bi-monthly. Evaluations are based on their quality and improvement of knowledge and skills, professionalism, leadership, etc.
