Site Director of AP(Singapore)

Sherrianne Cheah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Child Development from the University of Kansas. Since 1991, she has been working with children who have special needs. She was in charge of setting up curriculum and running the Early Intervention programs at Dover Court Preparatory School and Horizon Centre for Special Education. In addition, she had been involved in the integration process of her students. Before joining Autism Partnership, Sherrianne had her own private practice as a Remedial Therapist, working with both mainstream and children with special needs. She has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2001. She is presently the Site Director of AP Singapore.

Behavior Consultant

Raymond has been providing behavioral intervention to individuals with ASD at Autism Partnership since 2000. He has worked closely with Dr John McEachin, Dr Ronald Leaf, Mr Toby Mountjoy and associates. Over the past 8 years, Raymond has been working with autistic children, adolescences and adults of a variety of functioning levels in 1 on 1 setting, group setting and schools in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Mainland China. He has been involved in setting up the office in Japan and the AP school (the first registered primary school for students with ASD) in Hong Kong, running various social groups, training staff and parents, as well as providing school and international consultations.

Raymond has regularly attended training workshops held in AP's headquarters in Los Angeles. From 2007-2008, he worked as Site Director in Tokyo office, overseeing more than 40 families and 25 staff in Japan. He is presently completing the Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. On May 2008, his poster, Using Functional Communication Training to Reduce Self-Injurious Behavior of a Child with Autism, was presented in the 34th Annual ABAI Convention at Chicago.

Raymond is currently the behavior consultant at Autism Partnership Singapore. His main work is to supervise individual cases and the AP Elementary class as well as conducting training for staff and parents.

 

 

School/Senior Case Supervisor

Wong Mai Shan holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Oregon. After graduating, she was in charge of designing and setting up a preschool program at a local kindergarten. Following that she was a Supervisor at a childcare centre. Since 1989, she has been working with children who have special needs. At Dover Court Preparatory school she worked with a wide range of children with different disabilities and was appointed the Centre Co-ordinator. Her work with children with special needs continued at Horizon Centre for Special Education whereby she was involved in the integration process of her students. She has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2001. She is presently a Senior Case Supervisor providing services to families in Singapore, under the direct supervision of Dr Ronald Leaf, Dr John McEachin and Mr Toby Mountjoy. In addition, she serves as the School Program Supervisor in our primary school program, AP Elementary.

 

 

School/Case Supervisor

Nurhayati M Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Counseling. She has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2003. She is presently our School Program Supervisor in our preschool program, AP Elementary, as well as a Case Supervisor providing services to children in Singapore, under the direct supervision of Dr Ronald Leaf, Dr John McEachin and Mr Toby Mountjoy. In addition, she is involved in parent training and counseling.

 

 

Case Supervisor

Reshani I Satharasinghe holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology from the National University of Singapore. She has been doing behaviour therapy with ASD children since the inception of our Singapore office in 2004 under the direction of Toby Mountjoy. She completed a 15 month internship at our Seal Beach office in California, under the direct supervision of Dr Ronald Leaf, Dr John McEachin.   Since her return in Jan 2007, she has been running the training program for new staff and is involved in parent training.  She also provides intensive parent training through our Supernanny program. In addition,, she is a Case Supervisor providing services to children in Singapore, under the direct supervision of Dr Ronald Leaf, Dr John McEachin and Mr Toby Mountjoy.

Administrator

Josephine Keng holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas, Austin. She specialized in neo-natal intensive care while working at a hospital in Austin. Upon her return to Singapore, she began her work as a nurse at Gleneagles Hospital focusing on the care of newborns and neonatal. She then changed her career path to administrative work. She worked for 8 years as an Administrator at one of Singapore’s most popular pre-schools where she manages 6 childcare centers and 10 associate preschools. She has been an Administrator with ‘Autism Partnership’ since its inception.
