1. ABA Program Therapist | Singapore | November 2022

Teaching children with Autism (ASD) is a very unique profession. It requires patience, enthusiasm and commitment. Autism Partnership is looking to hire enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join us as Program Therapists to implement 1:1 ABA Intervention and group ABA programs. Intensive training on ABA methodology will be provided. There are excellent opportunities for professional growth and development within the agency to Behavior Therapists and Consultants.

Job Description

  • Conduct individual or/and group therapy sessions for students.
  • Collaborate with team to execute clinical treatment plans.
  • Monitor, document and update students’ progress.
  • Provide thorough and timely data collection, documentations and report writing.
  • Attend monthly staff training and regular clinic meetings with Case Supervisors/Behaviour Consultants.

 

Program Therapists will implement both home-based and centre-based treatment programs, observe and record students’ behaviors, monitor their progress, participate in clinic and team meetings, and receive pre-service and ongoing training from our Supervisors and Consultants.

2. Senior Marketing Executive | Singapore

Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans, in line with our goals to increase brand awareness, website traffic and client conversions
  • Create data-driven and engaging social media posts on multiple platforms for Singapore Local (FB, IG, YouTube, etc) including weekly blogs, social media posts, videos and articles
  • In charge of program and campaign launches, include but not limited to Banner, Webpage design, EDM campaigns and other leads
  • Prepare regular reports to measure, analyze and review campaign performance
  • Generate web and social media platforms analytic insights & recommendations base on the online activities and performance in Singapore
  • Analyze the end-to-end customer journey and target in driving the conversion rate
  • Manage all outsourced digital activities (SEO, SEM etc.)
  • Work closely with vendors, in-house designers from Hong Kong team, and suppliers on marketing materials production.
  • Explore and build relations with different stakeholders and potential partners in joint online + offline marketing activities;
  • Coordinate with different parties (clinical team, admin team, marketing and design team) to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives or ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or its equivalent;
  • At least 2 years ’experience in PR and Marketing;
  • Experience in press release writing, copywriting of communications materials, promotional campaigns, social media, website SEO, SEM, CRM and event organization;
  • Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing tools will be an advantage;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Pro-active, resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
  • Able to multi-task within a tight timeframe;
  • Able to work independently under pressure and work well in a team
  • Knowledge in Psychology and Special Education is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office, AI, Photoshop, CMS, Google Analytics and related marketing software
